    Tried loading these into Subtitle Workshop to convert the frame rate for one of the releases of this movie I've come across... not working. Seems that the listed frame rate is not correct.

    I'm not familiar with the software that you mentioned, so I don't know what's involved in converting the subtitles or why you might be having a problem with it. I myself employ a simple, straightforward approach: MS notepad to edit the subtitle file and VLC Media Player to add the file to the movie when I watch it (which I had to do a great many times when I was working on the subtitles). Believe me, everything functions perfectly well that way; there is nothing wrong with the file itself or its contents. Besides, as I indicated in the "Details" section, the subtitles were only calibrated for a specific release version of the movie, but, as you can see, I have provided some additional information that might help users like yourself make any necessary adjustments.
