Original title: Among the Stars

〈星際旅程〉紀實系列，記錄了太空人克里斯卡瑟迪再次穿上太空裝、進行最後一次任務的始末。這項任務由一連串複雜的太空漫步所組成，目的是要修理斥資20億美元的科學實驗設備：阿爾法磁譜儀 (AMS)。當克里斯無法出任務的時候，他的夥伴義大利太空人路卡帕米塔諾必須與其他美國太空總署的太空人合作，也就是初次上太空的德魯摩根。路卡與德魯飛往國際太空站，地面小組承受極大的壓力，必須及時完成太空漫步所需的工具。任何一位太空人都會說自己只是冰山一角，任務要能成功，仰賴的是由工程師、飛行控制人員以及各領域專家所組成的團隊。四次AMS太空漫步有著戲劇化的發展。同時，克里斯也肩負著新的任務，重返國際太空站，作為指揮官以及美國唯一的代表，其他的合作單位包括了歐洲太空總署、日本宇宙航空研究開發機構以及加拿大太空總署。克里斯前往俄羅斯、日本以及德國受訓，在新冠肺炎疫情期間正式發射上太空。他見證了新的太空旅行時代，迎接了太空探勘科技公司的火箭，並且親自走出艙外進行一連串的太空漫步，讓太空站能維持運作。〈星際旅程〉藉由像克里斯等的太空梭太空人，記錄了舊太空旅行時代最後的堡壘，接著更進一步延伸至美國太空總署未來重返月球的計畫，以及與新的商業夥伴共同以更快的速度，推進至更深的太空領域。 themoviedb
