As I was explaining in my comment of the subs I made, I couldn't add the subtitles for the female tannoy voice at 27'09" : "A blue lady's cashmere sweater has been found in the restaurant. It can be claimed at the manager's desk." because it would have been illegible. But, for those who are interested, I found the explanation for that line. Keir dullea explains it there :
