Fredrik follows a lead for his Tribeca listing, and he's willing to go wherever to find a sale.... including Miami. Meanwhile, Ryan lands a beautifully renovated loft in Chelsea, but with heavy construction starting just outside the master bedroom, he'll have to move the Earth to seal this deal.
