Three years have passed since Goku set out on his training journey. One day, Goku rescues the fox boy Konkichi, who was being pursued by an evil group. In gratitude to Goku, Konkichi says he will obtain the traveling fare for going to the Tenkaichi Budokai grounds. However, Konkichi is arrested for being a bank robber!
